Founded by Chef Marie-Claire Dubois, Rustic & Roux began as a small family restaurant in the heart of the city. Combining her classical French training with a love for local ingredients and comfort food, Chef Dubois created a unique dining experience that has delighted guests for over three decades.
Today, under the guidance of her son Chef Jean-Paul Dubois, we continue to innovate while staying true to our roots, creating dishes that celebrate both tradition and creativity.
